Sometimes there isn't an off-the-shelf solution or the supplier you used to count on is no longer available. If you need a custom casting or assembly for your high-temperature application, Omega can help.
We have a history of producing custom castings to fit the needs of our customers. We can work with you to develop a solution from fingers that move cast-iron pipe through a furnace to hanger assemblies that carry radiator assemblies.
Our 1000 lb/hr furnace and melt crew can cast parts from less than a pound up to 700 pounds. We mainly cast the “H” and “C” series cast stainless steels. However, we can modify these alloys to your parameters.
At Omega, we match your ingenuity with our experience to create a solution that works.
Contact Us today with your heat-resistant, high temperature, cast alloy furnace part needs. Our staff can help you select the correct parts or engineer and then fully cast the high-quality alloy parts for your specific application.
